Équipe accueillante et pro. La prise en charge et le retour du véhicule ont été rapides et sans souci. La voiture était conforme à notre réservation. Les tarifs sont abordables. L’agence se trouve à 3 minutes de l’aéroport, avec un transfert par navette : Sur place il faut scanner le QR code pour signaler son arrivée, et elle vient rapidement vous chercher. Au retour, tout s’est également déroulé parfaitement. Je recommande sans hésiter !
How does car pickup work at Aimé Césaire Airport?
As soon as you exit the baggage claim area, follow the signs to the rental car area. Our Rent A Car shuttle will pick you up and take you to our Lamentin branch in just a few minutes, where your vehicle will be waiting for you.
Is it possible to return the vehicle to a different branch than the one where it was picked up?
Yes, the “Cancel” option (or returning the car to a different location) is available depending on the booking terms. For example, you can pick up your car at the airport and return it to one of our locations in a beach resort (Trois-Îlets, Sainte-Luce, etc.).
Is it possible to add a second driver to the policy?
Yes, absolutely! You can add one or more additional drivers when you make your reservation online or directly at the counter when you pick up the car. Each additional driver must meet the same requirements as the primary driver (minimum age and a valid driver’s license held for at least one year) and present their original documents.
What is the fuel policy when returning the vehicle?
At Rent A Car Martinique, we follow a “full-to-full” policy: your vehicle is handed over to you with a full tank of fuel, and you must return it with the same amount of fuel. Gas stations are located right next to Lamentin Airport and our branches to make it easy for you to fill up before your departure.
